Well, I've found out a few things about the manufacturer. It looks like these were made but a company called Universal Arcade Systems, and sold around the San Diego area. The company appears to be gone now. If you call their phone number it dials up a church.

Anyways, it looks like to convert it to PS1/2 I will have to drill into the thing. I'll get some pics up soon.
